Off-Site Laundry Service

Team will complete any unfinished laundry back at our office, helping you have one less task to worry about.

Property Management Assistance

Inspect inside: TVs, remote controls, and devices are working properly. Report and check for broken or missing items. Organize linen closets.

Inspect outside: Furniture condition, put away any outdoor games, wipe down furniture. Place furniture or items back.

Check supply inventory to ensure there is enough supply for future bookings.

How long does the cleaning take?

The cleaning time usually depends on the unique needs of your vacation rental and how the guests leave the place. Based on our expertise, here’s an estimated time depending on the size of your property:

  • 0-2 bedrooms – up to 2.5 hours
  • 3-4 bedrooms – up to 3.5 hours
  • 5+ bedrooms – We’ll aim to do 4 hours with a bigger team

How do you ensure quality and consistency?

We’ve created two comprehensive checklists to help with this: one for our cleaners to ensure consistent, high-quality cleaning, and a second tailored specifically for restocking the bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen in your Airbnb or VRBO home. Comment: You don’t need to make a separate page for this.

What is “OFF-Site Laundry”?

Given that we are there for a limited time we can help get 1 load of the laundry done within the cleaning process. If we cannot finish laundry, we give you the option of selecting our additional “off site laundry” for an additional fee.

What do I need to do to prepare for the cleaning team?

Have backup linen and enough supplies to restock the bathrooms. Have at least 2 extra sets of towels and bedding available. This allows our team to rotate linens during each service. In addition, If you have any special instructions or requests for any cleaning bookings, kindly inform us 2-3 days before the cleaning team arrives.

How do I cancel a booking?

To cancel a cleaning booking, simply login to the client portal using your username and password. Navigate to your booked cleaning, click on it, and select “Cancel.” Please ensure cancellations are made 24-48 hours in advance to avoid a same-day cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations will be charged at the full cleaning rate.

Do I need a Property management assistance?

This service is recommended if you don’t have someone managing tasks beyond cleaning. To ensure our cleaners deliver top-quality service, they need to focus solely on cleaning. That’s why we’ve created this service—to help you streamline your business by handling inspections and other tasks inside and outside your property.
