How long will it take to clean my home?

  1. The duration of our cleaning services typically ranges between 1.5 to 4.5 hours, depending on factors such as the size of your home and the scope of services requested. On average, a standard cleaning for a typical home may take around 2.5 hours. We prioritize efficiency to ensure a thorough clean within this time frame, providing quality service while respecting your schedule.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

  1. While you’re welcome to be present during the cleaning, it’s not necessary. Many of our clients provide us with access instructions, and we take extra precautions to ensure the safety and security of your home. Just let us know your preference when scheduling.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment?

  1. We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. To ensure we provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you notify us at least hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service price. This policy also applies if our team is unable to access your home or if a scheduled service is forgotten. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

What is your customer satisfaction guarantee?

  1. Your satisfaction is paramount. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact our dedicated care specialist team within 24 hours. We will arrange for a follow-up visit to address any issues at no additional charge.

How much does your service cost?

  1. All our pricing for maintenance, deep cleaning, and move-in/out cleaning can be viewed in our booking form. For pricing on home rental cleaning (Ex: Airbnb), office cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and other services, you can request a quote, and one of our sales agents will contact you. Our pricing is based on flat rates according to the service you select. The only exception is if you prefer to have specific areas cleaned, in which case we offer an hourly rate of $75 per cleaner. How can I tip my cleaners?

  1. We welcome tips for our cleaners. You can add a tip when booking your service, leave cash on the kitchen counter, or hand it directly to your cleaners.

Does the team speak English?

  1. Our team leaders have some basic English skills, but most team members may not. We provide training for our team members on basic words, product names, and home-related terminology. Please contact your customer care specialist or our office directly for important information or requests.

How do gift cards work?

  1. You can purchase a gift card HERE, which will be delivered instantly to your email.

How can I create a client portal?

  1. After booking your service through our online booking system, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Additionally, you have the option to sign up for an account.

Do you send the same team?

  1. Each client gets a dedicated team leader who is supported by 1-2 team members. While we strive to send the same team members, occasional rotations may occur. If the leader is unavailable, another qualified leader will ensure your home receives top-quality care.

What is a team leader?

  1. A team leader is a professional cleaner entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining consistency and building trust with the clients assigned to them. They oversee each cleaning service meticulously, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Do you provide eco-friendly products?

  1. Yes, we do! Eco-friendly products are available upon request. For deep cleaning, we use Clorox bleach sparingly. If you prefer that we do not use bleach, just let us know—no problem at all!

What if I have special surfaces in my home?

  1. We recognize that every home is unique and may have special surfaces that require specific care. If your home features specially treated hardwood floors, granite, marble, or any other special surface, please notify us in advance so we can tailor our cleaning approach accordingly. Additionally, if you prefer us to use a specific product provided by you, we are open to accommodating your preferences. To ensure the effective use of your products, please be ready to provide any special instructions before our team’s arrival. Your satisfaction and the proper care of your home’s surfaces are our top priorities.
